Refund & Return Policy

At Cascave, every order ships free and we back every purchase with a straightforward 30-day return policy. No restocking fees. No runaround.
Who Is Eligible for a Return
You are eligible for a return if ALL of the following apply:
Your return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
The item is unused and in its original condition
The item is in its original packaging with all parts, hardware, and accessories included
The item has not been installed or mounted
You are NOT eligible for a return if:
More than 30 days have passed since your delivery date
The item has been installed, used, or shows signs of wear
Original packaging or parts are missing
The item was marked as final sale at time of purchase
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is the wrong product entirely, you are automatically eligible for a full refund or free replacement regardless of condition. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will take care of it immediately.
How to Start a Return
Step 1 — Contact us using one of the two methods below and include:
Your full name
Your order number
The item(s) you want to return
The reason for your return
Photos if the item is damaged or defective
Step 2 — We will respond within 2 business days with your approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Step 3 — Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the instructions provided. Please use a trackable shipping method. Cascave is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Step 4 — Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email and process your refund.
Return Timeline
Return request response: within 2 business days of your email
Return inspection once received: 2–3 business days
Refund issued after approval: within 5–10 business days
Total estimated timeline from ship-back to refund: 7–14 business days
Shipping Costs
All Cascave orders ship free. Because shipping is complimentary on every order, there are no original shipping charges to refund.
For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For returns due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Cascave will cover all return shipping costs at no charge to you.
Restocking Fee
Cascave charges no restocking fees. Your full item price will be refunded upon approval.
How You Get Your Money Back
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method — the same card or payment account used at checkout.
Credit/debit card refunds: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
PayPal or Shop Pay refunds: typically 3–5 business days
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank. If the issue persists, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled — but you can still return it once it arrives under this policy.
