Shipping Policy Last updated: June 2026 At Cascave, every order ships free to all 50 US states. No minimums, no hidden fees. DELIVERY ZONES Where we ship: - All 50 United States including Alaska and Hawaii - APO/FPO military addresses (may have extended transit times) Where we do NOT ship: - Outside the United States - US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands) - P.O. Boxes — due to product size we require a physical street address If your address falls outside our delivery zones, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded. SHIPPING COST All orders ship FREE regardless of order size or delivery location within our delivery zones. No minimum order required. Standard shipping: $0.00 — FREE on every order Expedited shipping: Not currently available ORDER CUTOFF TIME Orders placed Monday–Friday before 5:00pm MST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00pm MST, on weekends, or on US federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. Example: An order placed Friday at 6:00pm MST will begin processing on Monday morning. HANDLING TIME Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and hand your order off to the carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Handling time is separate from transit time. Your total delivery window = handling time + transit time. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. SHIPPING CARRIERS We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on your location and order size. TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us at cascavesupport@gmail.com. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT Lost packages: If your tracking has not updated in 5+ business days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf. Stolen packages: If tracking shows "delivered" but the package is not at your address, contact us within 5 business days. Damaged in transit: If your item arrives damaged, take photos before opening the package and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
